Tammika Waddy is the Founder and CEO of Urban Management, LLC—a Maryland-based real estate and property management company focused on housing stability, operational excellence, and community-centered service.

With more than a decade of experience in residential property management, leasing, compliance coordination, and real estate sales, Tammika has built a career rooted in helping residents, landlords, and investors navigate the complexities of housing with professionalism, compassion, and real-world expertise.

Prior to launching Urban Management, Tammika served as Vice President of Leasing at Quasar Property Management & Real Estate LLC, where she led leasing operations, supported occupancy and retention strategies, collaborated with property managers and ownership teams, and worked directly with residents to create practical housing solutions. Her experience spans market-rate housing, tenant relations, inspections, leasing strategy, housing voucher coordination, and day-to-day property operations.

Tammika is a licensed real estate professional and an active member of the Community Associations Institute Washington Metro Chapter. She successfully completed the M-100: Essentials of Community Association Management course, further expanding her knowledge in association management, governance, budgeting, operations, and community leadership as she continues progressing toward advanced industry credentials.

Her professional track record includes more than 145 successful residential sales and lease transactions totaling millions in combined volume, along with years of hands-on property management experience throughout Maryland and the Washington, DC metropolitan area.

Outside of real estate, Tammika is a creative spirit with a passion for food, music, culture, and wellness. She enjoys developing original recipes, singing and karaoke, exploring nature, and spending time near the water. She believes balance, creativity, and human connection are just as important as business success.

Tammika is also deeply interested in emerging technology and the future of real estate innovation. Through Urban Management, she hopes to bridge traditional property management with modern digital solutions, including AI-powered support systems, streamlined owner communication, and future-forward ideas surrounding transparency, accessibility, and property technology.
